Greenpath's Cooperative Agreements to Benefit Homeless Individuals (CABHI) Grant Program collaborates with the state to assist qualified applicants become eligible for housing by assisting them with mainstream benefits.  CABHI assists with behavioral health services, life skills training, and assistance with procuring housing and other social services for which they qualify.

To qualify for Greenpath's (CABHI) program, applicants must have a history of chronic homelessness for one year and/or four episodes in the last three years and diagnosis of mental illness and/or substance use disorder. U.S. veterans who are either homeless or chronically homeless with serious mental illness, substance use disorder, and/or co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders are also qualified.
